Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver to homes, offices and project sites. The delivery time and cost depend on where you are. Send your location when you order and we will tell you.
Can I pay small small (installments)?
Yes. We fix the price of the item on the day you start. You pay any amount, any time, until it is complete. We send you a link where you can see what you have paid and your balance. When you finish, we approve it and you take the item home.
Can I get contractor or bulk prices?
Yes. Send your list through the chat, the contact form or WhatsApp and we will send you a price for everything.
Are your products genuine?
All our products come from trusted suppliers, and many come with a warranty. Ask us about the warranty for the item you want.
How can I pay?
Cash, Mobile Money (MoMo) or card at the shop. For installment plans you can pay at the shop, and online with MoMo or card when that is available on your payment link.
Can I return an item?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days with your receipt. Items that have been fitted or wired cannot be returned, unless they are faulty under warranty.
Can you help me choose the right item?
Yes. Tell us what you are wiring or powering, and we will help you choose the right cable size, breaker, light or solar setup. For any installation work, use a qualified electrician.
How do I order?
Add items to your cart and tap Send order, or send it on WhatsApp. We call you to confirm the price, stock and delivery before you pay.
